Viewing port tracking logs
The Port Tracking report shows all activity for ports related to an application. Ports are numbers that identify the entry and exit points of your computer.

The firewall monitors all system ports and protects them against any unauthorized entry. In most cases, the firewall makes all system ports invisible to intruders, which is referred to as stealth mode.
To view the Port Tracking log:
1.
In the Icon panel, click Firewall.
2.
Click the Reports tab.
The Reports panel opens.
3.
Under Port Tracking Report, select how you want to view the information:
Real-Time Report. Lists packets as the firewall detects them.
View HTML Report. Captures the latest packet information and displays it in your browser.
The report shows the following information:
 
Port Tracking report  
Application
The name of the application where the packet is being sent (if any).
PID (Process ID)
The unique number assigned to the running process within the Windows environment.
Protocol
The network protocol, which is the type of network connection used to send the packet.
Local IP
The Internet address where the packet originated.
Status
What the firewall is currently monitoring (packets or connections).
